AUDITED 2026-09-01 - grade F(4/16) to C(10/16), a TWO-LETTER correction. The prior score apparently never opened /statutory-information/, which is not in the main nav and holds 44 of NIIF's own statutory PDFs: seven years of MGT-7 annual returns, AGM notices, four VERBATIM AGM TRANSCRIPTS (naming the statutory auditor, shareholder roll call, realised exit IRR and capital returned), four quarterly resolution-level proxy-voting disclosures with written rationale, and eight board-approved policies. C3=2 on that quarterly voting cadence plus an unbroken monthly economic research run. C4=2: holdings named across 125 dated timeline entries and a state/sector map. C2=1 is the single genuine gap and it is a REGRESSION not a policy - NIIF used to publish full audited statements (the 2019-20 PDF is still search-indexed but now 404s), and the MGT-7 filings that would carry summary financials are published in name only, all AES-256 password-encrypted and unopenable.
